We support curriculum development and instructional leadership across all grade levels and content areas.

Featured Video: EL Education Language Arts Curriculum
This video overviews the EL Education K–8 Language Arts curriculum, which was written for teachers by teachers. It is fundamentally different from most published curricula. It was created to support students in building skills and content knowledge, meeting college- and career-ready standards, and becoming more confident and collaborative learners. It was also created to help teachers develop stronger practice.

We use a variety of assessments to guide instruction and monitor student growth:

We offer robust professional development grounded in educator voice and aligned to district goals:

Dana F. Labb is the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning at Harvard Public Schools, where he leads curriculum development, instructional improvement, and professional learning across the district. With a strong background in K–12 education, Dana is committed to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments that support high achievement and equity for all learners. His leadership is grounded in collaboration, continuous improvement, and aligning instructional practices with the district’s strategic vision and the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks.
