Building Usage

Harvard Public Schools is committed to make our facilities accessible and affordable year round for public and community activities. Before and after school and throughout the weekends, our facilities are available for rental. Private and public organizations, businesses, and individuals are all welcome to use these facilities for their meetings and activities.

ALL REQUESTS FOR USE OF SCHOOLS BEYOND THE SCHOOL DAY MUST BE SUBMITTED A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.

SCHOOL FUNCTIONS HAVE PRIORITY FOR BUILDING USE SCHEDULING.

A meeting with the Facilities Director may be required prior to the event.  Please contact John Tarlach
