School, Guardian & Student Partnership Agreement
Each school receiving funds under Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act must develop a written school-parent compact that outlines how parents, the entire school staff, and students will share the responsibility for improved student academic achievement.
School Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality curriculum and instruction in a supportive and effective learning environment that enables the participating children to meet the State’s student academic standards.

Hold parent-teacher conferences to discuss individual student achievement.

Provide progress reports/report cards during the school year.

Provide reasonable access to staff for consultations as needed.

Provide parents opportunities to participate in their child’s education.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities:

Monitor my child’s attendance and homework.

Participate in decisions related to my child’s education.

Communicate with the school as appropriate.
Student Responsibilities:
-
Do my best work in the classroom and during small group instruction.

Complete my assignments and ask for help when I need to.

Be responsible for my own behavior.
